Thanks so much for the amazing turnout on Sunday as the Dolphins beat the Bills to finally break the losing streak! We had an awesome time at Third and Long and cannot wait for MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL when we face our hated rivals, the New York Jets!!!! Photos from the bar on Sunday will be posted soon.
And speaking of the Jets….as many of you know, we bought 20 tickets to attend the November 1st game Fins vs Jets at the Meadowlands. All 20 tickets have been snapped up already. However, we’ve had a lot of people express an interest in going in on additional tickets. We can certainly buy another row of 10 seats, but need a guarantee that you are able to reimburse us the day of purchase (like we did with the last set of tickets).
The total came out to $86 and the seats are in the 300’s sections. We have one row on one end of the stadium and one row on the other end. There’s no guarantee with Ticketmaster that the 3rd row will be in the same section as the others, but there’s a good chance it will be close by.
If you are interested, please let us know so that we can try to coordinate all the details.
We will know as we get closer to the date as far as tailgate details and where we can all meet up to pre-party. More info to follow….
Coming up…. November 9th — Dolphins vs Patriots – We will be hosting a tailgate party at Third and Long! Decorations, snacks, specials prizes, charity raffle, etc etc. Mark your calendars!!!
I am not sure how much more of this I can take. I am pretty sure no one wanted to get their picture taken this week. At least there were no Chargers fans to get in our face like those Colts fans last week. Still, I am impressed by the turn out we are getting at Third & Long. Here are the pictures. Click the slides how to download the pictures.
Greetings from the West Coast! I’m heading to the game this Sunday to cheer on our Phins and hopefully see them get their first win of the season.
The crowd at Third and Long will be awesome and I will definitely miss you guys! More to come later, including details on the tickets that we got for the Phins vs Jets game in NY.
Wow. That was a rough loss. We held the ball for 45 minutes and still managed to lose. I didn’t take a ton of pictures because I was pretty much losing my mind the whole time but here they are. Click the slide show to download pictures.
Amazing turnout last weekend! Let’s keep it up and get together again tomorrow for Monday Night Football – Dolphins vs Colts! Kick-off is at 8:30pm.
It’s also DOLLAR DRAFT NIGHT at Third and Long!
A couple of things:
1.) Our goal is to get as many Dolfans to fill the Meadowlands on November 1st when we take on the Jets. The plan is to buy those game tickets on Monday when we are at the bar. If you are interested in going in for tickets, either e-mail us (dolfansnyc@gmail.com) or come talk to us before the game tomorrow.
I hope everyone had a good time at the Atlanta Game despite the loss. The bar was packed and I have proof! Check out the photo gallery below! Click the gallery to download the pictures!
First of all, we know the Dolphins lost, BUT….remember, they started last season with a couple of L’s and look what happened.
Second of all….WOW….The turnout at Third and Long was H-U-G-E!!!! We had soooooo many Dolphins fans there, it was amazing!!!
Thank you to everyone who showed up to cheer with us and definitely keep coming back! We’ll have photos and some more recaps posted in the next few days.
If you have anything you’d like us to post, feel free to e-mail us at dolfansnyc@gmail.com
Also, we wanted to thank EVERYONE who donated to the raffle. We raised A LOT of money for the I Will Foundation. It meant so much to us that everyone showed their support.
We have tons of great prizes for the weeks to come, so keep buying those raffle tickets!
NEXT GAME: Monday Night Football, on September 21st. It’s the home opener for the Dolphins against the Colts. It’s also Dollar Draft Night at Third and Long, so BE THERE!!!
The weather is cooling down, fantasy drafts are being conducted and jerseys are being pulled out from the back of the closet. FOOTBALL SEASON IS FINALLY BACK!!!!
DolfansNYC is SO ready for the game this week when our Miami Dolphins take on the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta.
Come join us at the home of NYC Dolfans – Third and Long (35th and 3rd). Kickoff is at 1:00pm, but come early so that you can get a seat. Also, it’s BYO-Food, so feel free to bring your breakfast, lunch, brunch, snacks, etc.

We’ve got raffle prizes, free snacks and a special message JUST for DolfansNYC from…..? You have to be there to find out! 🙂
It’ll be an awesome Sunday afternoon that you DO NOT WANT TO MISS!
If you are reading this check the date of the post. It says August 22nd. Guess what? I am writing this on October 22nd. Is your mind blown yet? This site is just about to be launched, hopefully by the Saints game on the 25th of October, so I am spending all day posting past content. We had a temporary blog spot that Michelle was updating so I posted all of her posts and I am posting all of my photos that I took at the events. It’s a pretty busy day today.
Anyway, one of the things that got DolFans NYC a lot of attention this summer before we even were organized was a video I posted that got 75,000 views on YouTube in 2 days. The Dolphins had just hired T-Pain to redo the Dolphins fight song much to the chagrin of Phins fans everywhere. I wanted to post a video of it on my personal site, but there were no videos of it out there. I slapped together some footage I took in Miami last year at Nat Moore’s tailgate party. The video features our own Short Michelle with her 2Michelles.com partner Tall Michelle. It also features Phins super fan Big Papa Pump. The video was the only video of its kind for about three days and in those three days it was picked up by TMZ, Sports Illustrated and several of the Dolphins beat writer blogs. It was pretty crazy. Anyway, here is the video. Welcome to the site!
